Upgrades & Apologies

My sincerest apologies, but there is no in-depth, mind-based blog tonight. I am having a hard time managing my time. I am a procrastinator and so much time seems to be wasted. I am curious how do you manage your time and deal with deadlines?

On top of that, a string of events the last few days has made it feel like chaos. We have been enjoying spending time working on Lynn’s van, trying to get the solar system installed. We are modifying the plumbing as part of the solar work and if you know plumbing there are leaks, problems, and several trips to the store. We think we finally have them all under control. On the solar side we have two of the main components installed, with the remaining items being a transfer switch, breaker box, buss bars, and batteries to be completed. We did test fit the batteries to make sure there was room for them. With any luck we will have all the solar work done tomorrow.

Next, there was time spent dealing with an order for the repairs to our slide. The company’s systems screwed up the address we specified and we never got the package, although it said it was delivered. After tracking it down it appears they left it at the Quartzsite post office, and this place will send back any packages that do not have a PO Box in the address, which ours did not. It took three calls to the company before they agree to send out the order again, and this is time sensitive, as the repairs are scheduled for next Monday. Wish us luck on the repairs.

For not having a full post tonight, I will make up for it by having two posts related to the mind or researching a topic next week, so stay tuned for the extra post.
